Local Government and Municipal Law

Our lawyers assist clients with local government and municipal law, whether it be for individuals and businesses needing help with dealing in local governments or cities. We also frequntl represent the local governmental entity. Our lawyers have experience as serving as counsel to cities, counties, and special districts. We have also represented numerous clients in negotiating with local governments and cities.

We can assist local governments with general counsel issues, open meetings and open records policies and decisions, and general compliance issues.

The firm recently, successfully, represented a neighborhood in opposing annexation from the City of Austin. Our attorneys are experienced in negotiating economic development issues, development agreements, zoning changes, and building permits.
