We offer estate planning and probate services. When litigation cannot be avoided, we represent beneficiaries and fiduciaries. We help people form and then manage and maintain non profits, especially 501(c)(3) charities.

We represent clients in commercial business litigation and litigation involving water rights. When an appeal is necessary, we represent clients in that aspect of litigation. When criminal defense is needed, we do provide that as well.

While we are well known for resolving most issues amicably through negotiation and/or mediation, some circumstances require litigation and we are fully equipped and prepared to litigate. Through our practice, we do everything necessary to provide the best legal services to our clients.

The firm also provides other professional services. Our attorneys and legal assistants offer real estate closing and notary services for a number of title companies and other institutions. We can also provide background research for our litigation services, and our poltical and campaign clients.
