Mr. Birne is of counsel with the Firm and manages its Dallas office. He has over 20 years experience in complex commercial litigation matters involving injunctions, unfair trade practices, rights of shareholders, landlord-tenant, environmental issues and fiduciary relationships. Mr. Birne also provides transactional expertise and has represented both large and small commercial businesses, banking institutions, and entrepreneurs.
