A former law clerk to Judge Will Garwood on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Staff Attorney at the Texas Supreme Court, Mr. Levin brings firsthand knowledge of federal and state courts to his litigation practice. A veteran of many legislative and judicial campaigns, Levin draws upon his political experience and established relationships in his administrative and lobbying practice. Levin is also certified as a mediator by the State of Texas.
